Premium tungsten carbide cutting tools engineered for professional metal fabrication. K20 grade carbide tips with 92 HRA hardness — 3× faster than twist drills, 50% less torque. Made for stainless steel, cast iron, structural steel, and high-tensile alloys.
97 precision-engineered products across 6 categories, designed for professional metalworkers who demand the best.
Every Strovolt tool is precision-engineered to deliver consistent, reliable performance in the most demanding industrial environments.
Micro-grain tungsten carbide tips with 6-10% cobalt binder for exceptional hardness (89-92 HRA) and wear resistance.
CNC-ground cutting edges with tight tolerances ensure clean, burr-free holes and mirror-finish surfaces every time.
Thin-wall annular design reduces torque by up to 50% while cutting 3x faster than conventional twist drills.
Engineered geometry dissipates heat efficiently, maintaining cutting edge sharpness even during extended operations.
Standard 19mm Weldon shank for annular cutters and 6mm shank for carbide burrs fit all major industrial machines.
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality control with hardness testing, dimensional inspection, and cutting performance validation.

Strovolt cutters are built from K20 grade tungsten carbide with 6-10% cobalt binder, delivering 89-92 HRA hardness and exceptional wear resistance under demanding industrial conditions.
Diameter range 12-80mm, cutting depth 50mm standard (75mm and 100mm on request). Standard 19mm Weldon shank compatible with all major magnetic drills (Milwaukee, Hougen, Evolution, Karnasch, BDS, JEI). Designed for magnetic drilling machines, fixed-base drill presses, and CNC equipment.
Eight cutting shapes available — A (cylinder), B (cylinder ball-end), C (cylinder round-end), D (ball), F (round arc), G (pointed cone), L (tree pointed), M (cone pointed) — all with the standard 6mm shank for universal compatibility with die grinders, pneumatic tools, and rotary machines.
When you're cutting structural steel, stainless steel, or any high-tensile alloy, the cutter you choose determines how fast you finish, how clean the hole is, and how often you replace tooling.

Everything you need to know about choosing and using TCT annular cutters and carbide burrs.
A TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) annular core cutter is a hollow cylindrical drill bit that removes a solid core of metal instead of grinding the entire hole into chips. It cuts up to 3× faster than twist drills, requires 50% less torque, and produces clean burr-free holes from 12mm to 80mm diameter at 50mm depth. Used with magnetic drilling machines for structural steel, pipe fabrication, and heavy industrial work.
Strovolt TCT annular cutters drill mild steel, stainless steel (304/316), cast iron, structural steel, alloy steel, and high-tensile alloys up to 1200 N/mm² tensile strength. The K20 grade tungsten carbide tips with 92 HRA hardness handle the toughest industrial applications including bridge construction, pipeline fabrication, and shipbuilding.
TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) cutters last 5-10× longer than HSS (High-Speed Steel) cutters in tough materials, cut faster, and stay sharp at higher temperatures. Choose HSS if you mostly drill mild steel and aluminium and want lower upfront cost. Choose TCT when you cut stainless steel, cast iron, hardened alloys, or do high-volume production work — the longer life pays back many times over.
Pick by the cut you need to make:
All Strovolt burrs use the standard 6mm shank for universal compatibility with die grinders and pneumatic tools.
Strovolt annular cutters use the standard 19mm Weldon shank that fits all major magnetic drilling machines including Milwaukee, Hougen, Evolution, Karnasch, Ridge, Unibor, BDS, and JEI mag drills. The chatter-free design works equally well on cordless, pneumatic, and electric mag drills.

Yes. Strovolt tools use micro-grain tungsten carbide with a 6-10% cobalt binder and CNC-ground cutting geometry that distributes load evenly. The thin-wall annular design reduces vibration and torque by up to 50%, eliminating chatter even in high-tensile materials and stainless steel.
