STROVOLT 20W Table Top Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Metal Engraving with Rotary Device

The STROVOLT STV-LM-007-20WC is a table-top fiber laser marking machine engineered for permanent product identification, traceability and quality control. Its 20 W Q-switched ytterbium fiber source produces a 1064 nm beam with M² < 1.6, focused by an imported F-theta lens to a spot of 40 µm or finer — fine enough for small data-matrix codes and micro text.

Marking runs at up to 7,000 mm/s with scanning speeds to 8,000 mm/s, driven by a high-speed digital galvanometer head and the latest EzCAD control board and software. A dual red-light pointer with pre-run preview shows the mark outline on the part before firing, and the included foot pedal switch leaves both hands free for loading.

A rotary device is included as standard for marking round bar, tube, rings and other cylindrical parts. The machine is air cooled — no chiller, no consumables and no routine maintenance — and is rated for continuous duty of 16 hours or more from a 220 V single-phase supply.

Typical applications include automotive and machined parts, hand tools, electrical accessories, valves and fittings, nameplates, cookware, sanitary ware and jewellery. Every machine is tested and calibrated before dispatch, ships in export-standard wooden-box packing with a user manual, and is covered by a 12-month warranty on the laser source and the complete machine.
