The STROVOLT PEQD-025E Dot Peen Engraving Machine is designed for industrial marking applications on metal and hard plastic surfaces. Its working principle utilizes compressed air and mechanical vibration to create precise markings.

This machine supports both 2D flat marking and 3D rotary marking, making it suitable for flat workpieces as well as cylindrical, conical, and spherical shapes. The rotary chuck diameter ranges from 125mm to 300mm.

Equipped with an LCD control screen and integrated PC system, the PEQD-025E can be operated without a separate computer, improving efficiency and saving space. It features high-quality imported components such as:

  • Hard alloy marking pins with 92HRA rigidity for marking accuracy
  • US-imported high-frequency valve for long service life
  • Japanese positioning switch for stable, precise operation
  • German linear guide rails with automatic lubrication
