STROVOLT 2000W Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine 4-in-1 Weld Clean Cut

The STROVOLT STV-LW2000 is a handheld fiber laser welding system built for precision fabrication in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and alloys. The 2000 W continuous-wave source delivers weld penetration to 6 mm and cutting to 8 mm, while modulation mode gives fine control on thin sheet and heat-sensitive joints.

The dual-axis wobble welding head spreads the 0.2–2 mm spot across an adjustable seam width, bridging gaps and producing a smooth, near-polished bead that often needs no post-finishing. A full-LCD wire feeder with high-torque DC motor is included for filler work, and the 10 m armoured QBH fiber gives a wide working radius around large workpieces.

Cooling is fully self-contained: a built-in double-circulation water chiller with titanium heat-exchange tube, protected by over-heat, flow and water-level alarms. The flush-mounted touch screen stores process presets, so operators are productive within hours. Power draw peaks at 7 kW from a standard 220 V supply.

Each machine ships with a nozzle set, spare lens kit, ground clamp, tool kit, laser safety goggles and manual. Class 4 laser product — certified eyewear and trained operation are mandatory. 12-month machine warranty.
