The STROVOLT STV-LCA500 Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine is a professional 500 W, Q-Switched laser cleaner built around a JPT laser source for industrial-grade surface cleaning. It removes rust, oil, grease, paint, coatings and oxide layers without abrasives or chemicals — a non-contact process that leaves the substrate undamaged and is safe and environmentally compliant.

An OLED touchscreen controls power (adjustable 10–100%) and eight selectable cleaning pattern modes via a dual-axis galvo head. A 100 mm scanning width and 8 m output fiber give a wide, flexible working range for on-site cleaning, while the 1064 nm beam delivers up to 900 W peak power at 20–200 kHz.

Compatible with metal, alloy, stone, rubber and composite materials. Runs on 220V 50/60Hz AC (110V optional). Machine weight 35 kg; cleaning head 2.9 kg; dimensions 500 × 300 × 450 mm; Laser Grade 4.

Included accessories: 20 pcs 48×3 laser protective lenses, 10 lens cleaning wipes, 2 pairs of laser protective glasses, and 2 packs of cleaning cotton swabs.
